“Making Support Easier to Discover”
Hi! I’m Kylie, the Marketing Specialist at Coachiatry. My role centers around helping make our services more accessible, relatable, and easier for people to connect with. Whether that means sharing resources, telling stories, or finding new ways to reach the people who need support most, I love helping meaningful work find its audience.
I found my way to Coachiatry through a personal connection, my partner is a client, but the mission resonated with me long before I officially joined the team. So many people I love live with ADHD and executive dysfunction, and I’ve seen firsthand how transformative it can be when someone finds systems, support, and strategies that actually work for them. I’m passionate about helping people move away…
from shame-based productivity and toward approaches that feel sustainable, individualized, and realistic.
Professionally, I’ve worked in marketing for the past five years, with a special love for helping smaller companies grow their reach and share their message in authentic ways. I also previously worked as an executive assistant, where I discovered how much I enjoy helping others create organization, structure, and systems that make everyday life feel a little less overwhelming.
I am from California originally (Bay Area) and I have lived in Brooklyn for 5 years now. I studied English and Film, which explains both my love of storytelling and my tendency to analyze movies a little too deeply. Outside of work, you can usually find me reading, writing, watching films, playing card games, or spending time with my two cats and foster kittens. I’m a huge animal lover and firmly believe most problems feel at least slightly more manageable with a pet nearby.
At my core, I care deeply about helping people feel understood, capable, and supported. Life rarely fits neatly into one planner, productivity app, or routine — and honestly, neither do most people. Coachiatry helps personalize routines and goals and also just gives our clients that human connection needed to actually succeed. I love being part of a company that embraces that reality and helps people build systems around who they are, rather than who they think they’re supposed to be.
